Christmas is a time when young and old alike remember their dreams and reflect on the past while, at the same time looking to the future with new hope. This is what happens to Lena, a successful businesswoman whose life dramatically changes when she meets Stepashka, a little boy from a poor family. The boy believes that Lena is Snow Maiden and asks her to tell Santa Claus that he would like a new mother for Christmas. Lena has never been a compassionate person, but something about the boy makes her want to help him.
